At Private Blends, we strive for perfection in every scent, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products. To maintain the highest hygienic standards, only items in their original, sealed packaging are eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our boutique support team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a pre-paid shipping label and Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original designer packaging and secure them within a sturdy shipping box to ensure no damage occurs during transit.

  Ship to Our Studio

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain a copy of the tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists verify the condition of the returned blend, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
